The middle school comprises the students of Grades 5-9. There are two German and one English-speaking classes. It is possible to enrol Non-German mother tongue students from Grade 5. The medium of teaching in these classes 5 to 9 is English and the children are introduced to the German language with 8 periods per week. Graduation of these students is no different from that of the German classes. They have the additional advantage to learn intensively German with the aim to pass the German language diploma (DSD II).

Both language branches are partially mixed from Grade 9 and in this way they are prepared for the mixed high school.
